Thirdeye Design Group is looking for a Flash designer with strong ActionScript skills and proven online experience to join its design team.

Must have proven expertise in working with Flash and with ActionScript, plus experience in conceptual thinking and the online design process with a minimum of 2 years in the industry, and at least a year of ActionScript history. A creative or design-related degree is preferable.

• Production of Flash-based online advertising media

• Working on Flash website production

• Be particularly adept at Actionscript coding and Actionscript/XML integration.

• Expertise in usability best practice online

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Master Flash implementation.

• Have in-depth experience integrating Flash with other technologies, plus knowledge of Flash limitations and workarounds.

• Strong team player
